About The Storytellers

We are The Storytellers, part of Accenture. We exist to move people to do great things through the power and influence of storytelling. In doing so, we help leaders inspire their people to transform and accelerate business performance. We work at moments of significant change, when strategies shift, transformations stall, or leaders need to bring their people with them. Clients rarely come to us asking for 'storytelling'. They come to us when change isn’t landing, leaders are misaligned, engagement is low, or previous change efforts feel technically right but emotionally flat. Our role is to close the gap between strategy and execution. We help organisations create clarity about where they are going and why it matters, build belief and alignment among leaders, and generate momentum for action across teams. We do this by co‑creating clear strategic narratives, working hands‑on with leadership teams to own and personalise the story, and activating it through high‑impact events, campaigns, toolkits and experiences that make change feel real and relevant. We then help embed the story as a leadership and change capability, so it lasts beyond a single programme. What differentiates The Storytellers is our blend of strategic thinking, creativity and practical activation, and our ability to work credibly with both the C‑suite and frontline teams to unlock real, sustained change.
