What we are looking for:
We are seeking an articulate Solution Architect specialising in Salesforce within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either insurance (P&C, Health), banking or wealth/investments and experience of how to leverage Salesforce for value in these sectors. This is a lead role and requires strong consulting behaviours, deep understanding of an industry vertical and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions on Salesforce that meet our clients' needs.
As a Solution Architect, you will:
- Clearly articulate the solution to stakeholders and demonstrate effective objective handling.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Industries & Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for wealth management and investment clients.
- Lead client stakeholders to gather process and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Keep informed about the latest Salesforce Financial Services features and updates by engaging with Salesforce.
- Gain additional skills in solutioning, project management and client engagement through practical experience and training.
- Embed AI into your thinking when building out industry solutions.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Industries or Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven hands-on experience leading technical engagements through architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions on Salesforce.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and management skills.
- A background in consulting or leading teams.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Agentforce Specialist).
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations in financial services organisations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Set yourself apart:
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect or equivalent industry Architect certifications.
- Pre-sales solution architecture experience is highly regarded.
- Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.
