Years of Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in service design, UX research, or a related field.
- Exposure to qualitative research methods and user interviews.
- Awareness of service design artefacts including journey maps and personas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Social Science, or a related field.
- Bring genuine curiosity about people, organisations, and the systems that connect them.
- Approach new methods and challenges with openness and a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate care and quality in your work, however small the task.
Craft
- Support the conduct of qualitative research activities — interviews, observation, and note-taking.

- Support the design and facilitation of co-design workshops under the guidance of senior designers.
- Develop your visual communication skills, producing clear and considered artefacts.
