Based at our London office, the Security and Corporate Resilience Specialist reports to the UKI Security & Corporate Resilience Lead and oversees London‑focused (but also UK‑wide) Security and Business Resilience programmes, providing support and guidance to employees and stakeholders in delivering policy and program requirements. The role acts as a service specialist for Manned Guarding and Electronic Security services in the UK and will manage an annual budget in conjunction with the area lead.

Responsibilities- Act as a point of contact for advice on UK Physical Security and Workplace Business Continuity and to raise all issues related to these workstreams.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Accenture’s changing business and the effects on teams locally and globally, recognising the changes in risk profile. Apply this knowledge in the design and implementation of safety and security programmes and in relevant service offerings.
- Ensure proactive operational management of UK Manned Guarding and Electronic Security Service to deliver demonstrable value and meet Accenture’s key objectives of improved cost, quality and service delivery for internal customers.
- Support, deliver and maintain the programme to retain ISO 45001 and 27001 certifications and support all other processes and audits in the UK and Ireland.

- Event Risk Assessments
- Support on any active incidents
- Provide guidance in line with Accenture’s processes and procedures for service delivery and project support.
- Proven experience in advising on security and incident management matters.
- Proven experience with managing and implementing risk assessments.
- Experience in security in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare and present reports and presentations to communicate risk management/security information to relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to bring health and safety to life in different areas of our business.
- Mastery of health & safety related activities to discuss and agree with stakeholders on actions to mitigate risk.
- Proven history in delivering high standards of occupational health and safety.
