You Are:

  • A senior Technical Architect with the ServiceNow Business Group, experienced in innovating solutions with ServiceNow.
  • Capable of understanding business challenges and architecting system solutions with ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
  • A continuous learner, taking advantage of new learning opportunities including willingness to undertake new certifications such as Certified Master Architect.
  • Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
  • Expected to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
  • Possessing a strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.
  • Having expert knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
  • Certified Technical Architect with ambition to do Certified Master Architect if not completed already.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews.
  • Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
  • Experience with 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
  • Experience of operating in a Technical Design Authority mode and demonstrable trusted advisor experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills - JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g AWS, Azure, GCP).
