Role Overview:
As an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering end‑to‑end Recruitment and Onboarding solutions within Accenture’s SAP SuccessFactors practice. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring, onboarding and candidate‑experience needs, translate them into scalable SuccessFactors configurations, and guide them through process optimisation and solution adoption.
This role combines hands‑on configuration, solution design, client advisory and the opportunity to lead workstreams or small teams on medium‑to‑large programmes.
What You Will Bring
- Strong functional knowledge and hands‑on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or SmartRecruiters and Onboarding.
- Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Recruiting or Onboarding implementations.
- Knowledge of SmartRecruiters is advantageous and strongly preferred.
- Understanding of skills‑based hiring, TIH or skills frameworks is a plus.
- Experience running client workshops, gathering requirements, mapping processes and presenting solution options.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workstreams, guide junior consultants and deliver high‑quality output.
- SmartRecruiters certification.
- SuccessFactors certification(s) in Recruiting / Onboarding highly beneficial.
