In our team you will:
- Be an integral part of growing the SAP UK & Ireland practice and delivering large-scale external workforce and services procurement transformations.
- Help define approaches, deployment roadmaps and lead projects from start to finish.
- Support global companies in optimizing workforce and services procurement, shape new deals, and lead complex programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP Fieldglass implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client business objectives.
- Act as a solution architect, workstream lead, or programme delivery lead across SAP Fieldglass engagements.
- Design and deliver SAP Fieldglass solutions across Statement of Work and Contingent Labour modules.
- Lead integration design and delivery between SAP Fieldglass and SAP landscapes, including related procurement and finance processes.
- Drive pre-sales and business development activities, including shaping proposals, responding to RFPs, and supporting client presentations and workshops.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams across business and technology workstreams.
- Translate client requirements into scalable SAP Fieldglass solutions aligned to workforce and services procurement transformation goals.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Fieldglass capabilities, implementation approaches, and industry best practices.
- Support programme governance, risk management, and delivery planning to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, capability development, and mentoring of team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in SAP Fieldglass, particularly across Statement of Work and Contingent Labour modules.
- Strong experience delivering SAP Fieldglass solutions with SAP integration.
- Demonstrated consulting experience in pre-sales, proposal development, and RFP responses.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business and technology leaders.
- Proven experience leading workstreams and supporting end-to-end programme delivery.
- Ability to translate client requirements into practical, scalable workforce and services procurement solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and SAP Accounts Payable.
Preferred industry background: Oil and Gas Upstream, Energy and Utilities, and Capital Programmes.
