Join Accenture’s European SAP practice as a SAP Tax Consultant/Manager, where you will bring strong functional expertise across Tax, and Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) leveraging S/4HANA. In this role, you’ll work on transformative tax and compliance programs for clients across the EMEA region, contributing to complex multinational implementations and helping organizations modernize their tax operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Apply deep knowledge of SAP Tax to analyze, design, build and implement solutions in S/4HANA across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Withholding Tax, Intrastat, Excise Duty, and country-specific requirements.
  • Implement and support SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) for statutory reporting and e‑invoicing across multiple countries.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across a full project lifecycle: gap analysis, RICEFW definition, functional specification creation (FSDs), system customizing, testing cycles, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.
  • Collaborate closely with Accenture SAP team leads, functional consultants, and developers to deliver high-quality results and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Support tax transformation initiatives, process optimization, and compliance automation.
  • Contribute to RFP responses, client presentations, internal capability building and knowledge hubs for SAP Tax and DRC topics.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA tax capabilities and innovations, including SAP Business AI and emerging technology trends.

Must Have Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP Tax and S/4HANA Finance implementations.
  • Expertise in key tax process areas: Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Withholding Tax, Excise Duty.
  • S/4HANA tax components such as Tax Codes, Withholding Tax, Intrastat, reporting.
  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP DRC for both statutory reporting and e‑invoicing in multiple countries.
  • Strong capability to manage tasks independently and drive them to completion while coordinating with global teams.
  • Experience across the complete SAP project lifecycle including gap analysis, RICEFW definition, FSD creation, customizing, testing phases, go‑live, and hypercare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Strong understanding of tax processes and compliance requirements.
