Overview
In this SAP Delivery Lead role, you steer the delivery of large SAP programs, shaping solution scope, budgets, and governance. You collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver value for clients while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role blends hands-on SAP delivery with leadership, business development, and multi‑vendor coordination, within a global, multi-disciplinary environment. You drive measurable outcomes and complex transformations in a client-focused setting.

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large SAP programs and manage non-T&M commercial models (risk/reward, revenue share, fixed price)
- Plan, budget, scope, and resource management across engagements
- Manage revenue, forecast actuals, and Cost-to-Charge Ratio (CCI%)
- Senior stakeholder management and client satisfaction expectations
- Drive delivery in multi-vendor or hybrid teams (client, 3rd parties, contractors)
- Communicate complex solutions clearly; deliver compelling presentations
- Oversee international/multi-cultural project delivery
- Focusing on SAP data migration, cutover, test management, mobilization, and coordination with solution architects for scope management
- Lead blueprint-to-post-go-live delivery lifecycle in SAP projects
- Identify opportunities for new business development within SAP engagements
Key requirements
- Significant experience delivering large SAP programs with non-T&M commercial models
- Strong project management skills: defining scope, timelines, and resources
- Experience in revenue management and forecast accuracy (CCI%)
- Senior stakeholder management and customer satisfaction focus
- Proven ability to lead multi-vendor/hybrid delivery teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to explain complex solutions
- Strong presentation skills and international/multi-cultural work experience
- S/4HANA experience desirable; consulting background preferred
- Experience focusing on data migration, cutover, test management, mobilization, and coordinating with solution architects
