In our team you will:
- Play a crucial role in providing ongoing application maintenance and support services to our clients during the post-implementation phase.
- Manage client accounts and ensure the delivery of contractual commitments.
- Handle problem resolution, incident management, and process improvement in a production environment.
- Utilise your strong SAP knowledge, combined with excellent customer management and ITIL process awareness.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Excellent customer management skills, acting as the face of the Service Delivery capability to clients and engaging with them regularly.
- Responsible for the delivery of SAP’s Services engagement at the account, coordinating and aligning strategy, planning and execution with other stakeholders from SAP.
- Manage the risks & compliance for the service across S/4 Finance.
- Proficient in contract management and performance management, ensuring that contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met by the technical and functional teams.
- Ability to manage overall accounts, including application maintenance, changes, and new business origination.
- Expertise in revenue management, handling actual and forecasted revenues, and maintaining Cost-to-Charge Ratio (CCI%) for engagements.
- Strong service delivery and AMS (Application Maintenance Services) skillset, with awareness of ITIL processes.
- Deep understanding of SAP, and the capability to handle non-SAP components when required.
- Familiarity with operations, including monitoring utilization levels of the team.
- Have at least a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
Set yourself apart:
- Proficiency in problem identification and resolution, incident and ticket management, and prioritization of fixes in a production environment.
- Ability to manage transports and change requests effectively.
- Proactive in identifying process and technology improvement areas and proposing suitable alternatives.
- Similar skillset to functional and technical roles, but with a focus on post-go-live production support rather than project-based tasks.
- S4/HANA experience is highly desirable.
