As a Salesforce Life Science Business Architect you will:
- Life Sciences Expertise – Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including its key processes, challenges, and regulatory landscape.
- Consulting & Advisory Skills – Ability to lead client conversations, shape strategic thinking, and deliver business outcome-focused solutions.
- Discovery & Design Leadership – Experience planning and facilitating discovery, design, and transformation workshops to define business needs and solution approaches.
- Business Value Assessment – Skilled at identifying, quantifying, and communicating business value and making structured, evidence-based recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships across all business levels.
- Salesforce & Ecosystem Knowledge – Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences CRM, Veeva Vault, Health Cloud, IQVIA, and Data Cloud integration.
- AI & Innovation Mindset – Understanding of how AI can enhance design thinking, delivery, and transformation; active engagement with Salesforce and ecosystem partners.
