Our GCC Sales Advisory team partners across industries and markets to shape differentiated GCC strategies and solutions, combining deep domain knowledge, cross-deal insights, and Accenture's global capabilities.

You have run complex sales cycles end-to-end and understand that winning large, competitive GCC deals requires more than great content. You bring credible, cross-deal intelligence to every pursuit, challenge thinking at the senior level, and know how to orchestrate diverse teams toward a common goal.

As the EMEA Lead for the GCC Sales Advisory Team, you are a senior GCC pursuit specialist and trusted partner to deal leadership across the EMEA market. You bring dedicated GCC expertise, cross-deal intelligence, and pursuit strategy and execution support to help teams show up and win.

This is a senior role at the intersection of GCC domain expertise, sales strategy, and cross-functional orchestration. Triage and prioritise pursuit requests across the EMEA market in line with pipeline priorities, deal complexity, and strategic importance.

  • Bring credible, cross-deal GCC expertise and competitive intelligence to pursuit teams, challenging thinking, elevating differentiation, and ensuring Accenture's GCC value proposition is reflected in every response.
  • Drive overall response quality by leading the executive summary and overarching narrative, reviewing contributor sections, and ensuring the response is coherent, differentiated, and client-centric.
  • Build and maintain reusable GCC sales assets, capturing cross-deal intelligence and the latest thinking for the EMEA market.
  • Contribute to win/loss analysis and systematically feed insights back into the shared asset library, building a smarter and more effective pursuit engine over time.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work on some of our most innovative, strategic, and priority GCC deals across EMEA, with strong opportunities to learn across deals and build market-leading expertise.

  • Strong content development and proposal writing skills; able to produce high-quality pursuit materials independently and lead a team.
