We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager with a specialisation in scheduling for data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in project controls, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex schedules and coordinating large-scale construction efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify scheduling risks, and recommend mitigation strategies for timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate resources and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on schedule status, variances, and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Lead schedule review meetings and provide guidance to project teams on best practices and schedule management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent specific experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of project controls experience, with significant expertise in scheduling for data center or similar large-scale construction projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred not essential:

  • PMP, PSP, or related professional certification.
  • Experience with data center construction and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
