Overview
You will lead Oracle Data & AI initiatives, guiding delivery from strategy to deployment. In this client-facing role, you shape data and AI solutions on Oracle Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable platforms. You’ll influence architecture, proposals and business development while mentoring others. The position offers impact across digital transformation and cloud-native implementations within a leading Oracle practice.

Responsibilities
- Direct delivery of Oracle Data & AI projects across all lifecycle phases
- Design and implement data platforms on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related Oracle Data & AI products
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable data/AI solutions
- Support AI and Generative AI use cases using OCI AI Services, OCI Generative AI, Vector Search and Oracle 23ai+ features
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide development teams
- Contribute to solution architecture, estimation, proposals, and business development activities
Key requirements
- Proven delivery of data platform, analytics, AI or ML projects using Oracle technologies
- Strong experience with OCI, Autonomous DB, Oracle Database, Data Integration, GoldenGate, OAC, Data Intelligence
- Experience designing AI solutions leveraging OCI AI Services, OCI Generative AI, Vector Search, RAG patterns and LLMs
- Solid SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT and data engineering for scalable enterprise platforms
- Consulting experience leading workstreams and managing client engagements
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience across all lifecycle phases of Oracle AI solutions (business case to deployment)
- Hands-on cloud-native architecture, data lakes or lakehouses and enterprise AI platforms
- One or more Oracle certifications in OCI, Data Management, AI Services or Autonomous Database
- Experience with Python, Spark, Databricks, Kubernetes/OpenShift or MLOps platforms
- Willingness to travel to client engagements
