With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

About the role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the end-to-end sales process for highly standardized, straightforward cyber security solutions for mid-market clients — from initial needs assessment through deal closure. You will collaborate with Mid-Market Account Success Management to ensure a smooth transition to delivery and client onboarding. This is a digital-first sales role: you will identify and progress sales opportunities through digital and social channels — leveraging LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, AI, and Gen AI tools — while coordinating across Accenture’s marketing channels to create and share points of view, run multi-client campaigns, and keep the commercial pipeline moving with discipline and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and progress cyber security opportunities through digital and social channels across the UK (including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and AI/Gen AI-powered prospecting tools).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for standardized solutions, from needs assessment to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, thought leadership, and client outreach.
  • Create and share client-facing content, points of view, and sales collateral.
  • Maintain accurate client records, pipeline data, and sales activities in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
  • Use AI and Gen AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, and client engagement.
  • Partner with Account Success Management to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.
  • Track pipeline performance and provide regular reporting on sales activity and conversion metrics.

Essential skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in inside sales, digital sales, demand generation, or business development within technology, cyber security, or cloud services.
  • Proven experience managing sales opportunities from prospecting through to deal closure for standardized solutions.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and AI/Gen AI tools for prospecting, research, and opportunity generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales and social selling techniques, with a track record of building and progressing pipelines.
  • Experience supporting marketing-led campaigns, creating or sharing client-facing content, and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong CRM discipline, including maintaining accurate pipeline, client contact records, and sales activity data in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and client interactions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and highly motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience planning, delivering, and optimising marketing, demand generation, or outbound campaigns, with a focus on driving pipeline growth and client engagement.
  • Experience creating client-facing content, thought leadership, sales collateral, or points of view (POVs) in support of digital sales and marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, reporting, and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Marketing Cloud, or similar) to measure campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, lead generation, or lead qualification role, particularly within mid-market technology, cyber security, or professional services environments.
  • Understanding of mid-market buying behaviours and experience engaging with business and technology decision-makers.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish and/or Italian would be highly advantageous.
  • Professional certification in Salesforce, CRM platforms, digital marketing, sales enablement, or related disciplines.
