Job Role: Process Excellence and Agentic Change Manager Location: London Career Level: Manager (CL7) Salary: Competitive, plus benefits. We are seeking a Manager - Process Excellence and Agentic Change to join our UKI Supply Chain and Engineering Data and AI team. This role sits at the intersection of process transformation, intelligent automation and agentic AI, helping clients move beyond incremental improvement to fundamentally reimagine how supply chain, procurement and operations processes operate in an AI-first world. AI: the design and deployment of autonomous AI agents that can sense, decide and act across complex supply chain workflows. Backgrounds from data science, process engineering, intelligent automation/decision intelligence, management consulting or operational roles are all relevant; what matters is your curiosity, your understanding of how processes work, and your ability to see where AI changes the equation. Work on programmes that are genuinely reshaping how organisations operate, combining process intelligence, AI and human-centred change to deliver lasting impact. You will have real responsibility for workstream delivery, client relationships and team development, with access to leading technology platforms and a practice at the forefront of agentic AI in the supply chain. Process diagnostics and intelligence: Lead end-to-end process diagnostics using process mining, data analysis and operational assessment to identify inefficiency, fragmentation and automation opportunity across supply chain, procurement and operations workflows. Agentic AI design: Design agentic AI solutions including orchestration frameworks, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop decision points and integration architecture that automate and augment complex, multi-step supply chain processes. Engagement delivery: Lead consulting workstreams with accountability for scope, quality, timelines and client outcomes. Manage cross-functional teams spanning data engineers, process analysts, change specialists and technology partners. Define redesigned target processes, role and responsibility models, and governance structures that reflect the impact of agentic and AI-enabled operations. Work with platforms such as Celonis, SAP, Coupa, Kinaxis, o9 and emerging agentic frameworks including LangChain, Microsoft Copilot Studio and custom LLM integrations to turn AI potential into practical, deployed solutions. Decision Intelligence: Experience with Aera Technology, Palantir or equivalent decision-intelligence platforms. Lead the human side of agentic change including stakeholder engagement, capability building, communication and the cultural shift required to work alongside AI agents. Business development: Identify growth opportunities, shape proposals and contribute to client development activities including presentations, case studies and thought leadership. Coach junior colleagues and contribute to the development of Value Chain AI assets, methodologies and knowledge. At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 30 days vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice! Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the first-class services we are known for. You are a thoughtful, analytically strong professional who understands how processes work, how AI changes them, and how organisations need to adapt. You combine technical credibility with client-facing confidence and a genuine interest in what agentic AI makes possible. 6 to 10 years across process excellence, intelligent automation, data and AI, or supply chain consulting and operations in consulting, industry or technology roles, or a combination. Process and analytical foundation: Strong process thinking and data analytical skills. Decision Intelligence capability: Ability to translate supply-chain problems into practical AI-enabled decisions and workflows with understanding of AI, machine learning, optimisation, GenAI, RAG and AI agents and experience in Decision Intelligence platforms such Aera Technology, Palantir etc. Agentic and AI capability: Practical exposure to AI, automation or agentic technologies whether through RPA or IPA, LLM-based solutions, multi-agent frameworks, or AI-powered analytics. You do not need to be a developer, but you need to understand the architecture and engage credibly with engineers and data scientists. Working knowledge of supply chain, procurement or operations processes, sufficient to identify where agentic AI creates the most value and to engage with operational stakeholders. Experience leading workstreams or projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Ability to explain agentic AI concepts to non-technical audiences and bring people on the change journey. Experience in Industrials, Consumer Goods, Retail, Energy, Life Sciences, Logistics or Financial Services is relevant. APICS, CIPS, Lean Six Sigma, or data and AI certifications are advantageous. SAP or SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO or SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, OMP. Experience delivering planning-system implementations or AI proof-of-value engagements.
