In this role you will:

  • Lead major, complex transformation programs at UK and global financial services clients covering a wide range of data and data transformation programmes.
  • Lead complex consulting engagements with significant client interactions often under significant regulatory scrutiny.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, advising senior stakeholders in developing solutions to challenges around their data, data technology and data management challenges.
  • Be agile and agnostic to solutions as you work in different client circumstances.
  • Have the opportunity to work for global clients with opportunities to travel if you wish.
  • Write and develop points of view on industry trends.
  • Support in development of sales proposals and offerings, building commercial and business acumen.
  • Contribute data and data management SME knowledge to a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and own client stakeholder relationships to drive sales opportunity origination and value generation.
  • Manage team members to develop “Go To Market” strategy and sales pipeline practices.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Experience working within financial services either in an advisory, analytics, operational or leadership capacity covering data risk, data management, data governance and modern data architecture.
  • Understanding of regulatory expectations and regulatory guidance related to data.
  • Experience in the use/potential use of AI to improve how data sets are used, managed, monitored and reported in financial services.
  • Strong background in developing semantic representations of data, implementing modern data tooling, managing teams on data lineage, quality and enrichment.
  • Strong programme management and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in creating solutions to complex technology business problems through in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
