Overview
In this role you will help energy, chemicals and natural resources clients transform operations and strategy through data-driven insights and cross-functional delivery. You work closely with client teams to deliver consulting engagements that drive measurable value, from operating model design to net-zero transition and technology-enabled improvements. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, build trusted relationships, and contribute to business development and thought leadership. This is a dynamic opportunity to shape how firms integrate AI, analytics and sustainability across their value chains.

Responsibilities
- Support delivery of consulting engagements addressing client challenges
- Drive value through initiatives such as value case, operating model transformation, cost/productivity improvements, and analytics
- Design and implement operating models and transformations across energy value chains
- Lead/mentoring of multidisciplinary teams and performance management
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships and contribute to business development
- Create thought leadership assets to enhance market presence
- Promote diversity and inclusion across teams
- Assist with industry-specific solutions including AI strategy/delivery and risk/regulatory considerations
Key requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in energy industry (direct or consulting)
- Understanding of Energy/CNR value chain (Upstream, Downstream, Integrated Gas, Mining)
- Familiarity with consulting frameworks: problem solving, research, analytics, design thinking, project management
- Experience bridging business and technology; knowledge of core industry tech platforms
- Proven client relationship-building and senior stakeholder engagement
- Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across projects in ambiguous environments
