Qualifications
- Close to 10 years of experience in Leadership & Culture projects, at least 3–5 years in recent consulting roles.
- Significant client management and business development experience or sales.
- Consulting experience, ideally in leadership & culture solutions services.
- Proven record of working within a global organization.
- Experience in some/all of the following Leadership & Culture service solutions offerings: Team effectiveness; Culture change; Leadership development; Leadership/Executive Coaching and Advisory; Talent transformation; Workshop design and facilitation.
- Preferred but not a requirement: University degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field or equivalent levels of skill and knowledge.
