  • Up to 5 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Commercial Property.
  • Experience in managing day-to-day activities related to commercial property within Self‐Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes. This includes processing acquisitions, disposals, lease transactions, inspections, and responding to technical and client servicing enquiries.
  • Experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Processing UK Pension commercial property claims inclusive of research and verification.
  • Process property acquisitions and disposals within SIPP portfolios, ensuring documentation, compliance checks, and timelines are met.
  • Support lease transactions, including rent collection setup, lease registration, and coordination of building works.
  • Maintain accurate property records and ensure updates are reflected across internal systems.
  • Coordinate rent reviews, liaising with surveyors and clients to ensure timely execution.
  • Schedule and document vacant property inspections, ensuring health & safety and insurance compliance.
  • Assist with property valuations, gathering relevant data and supporting third‐party assessors.
  • Handle mixed technical property tasks, including title reviews, planning queries, and environmental checks.
  • Respond to management enquiries from clients, advisers, and internal teams with accurate and timely information.
  • Contribute to onboarding and servicing activities as part of incremental headcount expansion.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations.
  • Research any queries/requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and reply with minimum response time.
  • Review the job aids/process guides to ensure they are updated with all the processing information.
  • Complete assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
