Responsibilities

  • Shape experience transformation strategies linking customer needs to business goals and digital opportunities
  • Advise clients on emerging digital opportunities, AI, and new interaction models
  • Lead product and experience transformation programmes from discovery to delivery and optimisation
  • Embed a product-led approach, moving from project-based to continuous product management
  • Prioritise opportunities and define realistic roadmaps and operating models
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, technology, data and AI
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients and navigate complex transformation decisions
  • Champion customer-centric decision-making guiding product, experience, data and technology choices
  • Measure impact and articulate value of experience transformation
  • Grow the transformation capability through propositions, thought leadership and reusable assets
  • Develop and mentor teams to collaborate effectively and perform at their best
  • Key requirements
  • Proven experience in experience strategy, digital product management, digital transformation or related disciplines
  • Defining and delivering digital experience or product strategies for complex organisations
  • Strong understanding of product management life cycle including vision, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and optimisation
  • Translating customer and business needs into compelling digital propositions
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, product, design, technology, data and AI
  • Experience in agile and product-led environments with end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Understanding of the relationship between experience, product, data and technology without deep technical specialization
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations and align stakeholders to a shared vision
  • Strong facilitation and storytelling skills to simplify challenges into actionable outcomes
