The Deal Structuring (“DS”) team is part of the global Deal Structuring and Pricing organisation and is passionate about enabling Accenture’s sustainable, profitable growth agenda across a spectrum of large and complex commercial engagements. The DS team interacts with senior leadership on deal structuring activities, applying commercial and financial skills to create compelling cases and financial value propositions for Accenture and their clients. The DS team is responsible for establishing financial estimates for sales opportunities, ensuring that deals are priced and costed appropriately and aligned with US GAAP principles, pricing models and performing market and competitive assessments to support Accenture’s business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shaping deals: Act as the Deal Structuring lead on some of Accenture’s most strategic deals, leading on deal shaping and pricing strategy whilst being fully integrated with sales, solution architects and commercial/legal teams. Have responsibility for deal level financials (costing, pricing and profitability) and ensure that the Client and Accenture business cases yield mutually beneficial results from the commercial arrangement between the parties.
  • Financial Support: Drive executive level financial reviews and support client facing pricing/commercial discussions during proposals. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and manage updates throughout the deal lifecycle. Mentor DSP team members and collaborate across functions to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Strategic and Business Insight: Understanding the strategic goals and direction of the business and being able to apply these in deal activity to drive growth and respond to evolving market needs.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Degree educated and Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • 6+ years of experience in Pricing, financial analysis or commercial finance, ideally within a major global corporation.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel, with a solid understanding of key financial and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commercially driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to balance agility with financial rigor.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive, team environment and to nurture the development of others.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Flexibility to collaborate on-site with clients and cross-functional Accenture teams and to support remote teams, as needed.
  • Out of town work in-country can sometimes be a feature of this role.
