Based on site in our London office, the Security and Corporate Resilience Specialist oversees the London focused, but able to support UK-wide Security and Business Resilience programmes, providing support and guidance to employees and stakeholders in delivering policy and program requirements. The role acts as service specialist for Manned Guarding and Electronic Security services in the UK and will manage an annual budget in conjunction with the area lead.

As a Corporate Security & Resilience Specialist, you will:
- Act as a point of contact for advice on UK Physical Security and Workplace Business Continuity and escalate on all issues related to these workstreams.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Accenture’s changing business and the effects on teams locally and globally, recognising the changes in risk profile.
- Ensure this knowledge is applied in the design and implementation of the safety and security programmes and considered in relevant service offerings.
- Ensure proactive operational management of UK Manned Guarding and Electronic Security Service to deliver demonstrable value and meet Accenture’s key objectives of improved cost, quality and service delivery for internal customers.
- Support, deliver and maintain the programme to retain ISO 45001 and 27001 certifications and support all other processes and audits in the UK and Ireland.

- Security Risk Assessments
- Internal and External Audits
- Event Risk Assessments
- Support on any active incidents
- Provide guidance in line with Accenture’s processes and procedures for service delivery and project support.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Proven experience in advising on security and incident management matters.
- Proven experience with managing and implementing risk assessments.
- Experience in security in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare and present reports and presentations as required to communicate risk management/security information to relevant stakeholders.
