ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Manage day-to-day cost management activities for a multi-phase data center program, ensuring commercial rigor and compliance with project requirements.

Manage day-to-day cost management activities for a multi-phase data center program.

Act as a key client interface, supporting communication and coordination with project teams, contractors, and consultants.

Support procurement activities, including issuing RFPs, reviewing contractor proposals, conducting scope reviews, and assisting in commercial negotiations.

Lead cost reporting, including monthly reports, cash flow forecasts, commitment tracking, and risk reviews.

Provide cost input into scheduling, risk, and project controls processes.

Maintain accurate benchmarking, cost databases, and historical cost records.

Mentor junior cost managers and quantity surveyors as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. 6–8+ years of cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls experience.

Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical, industrial, or complex commercial construction projects.

Strong skills in cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control systems.

Good understanding of procurement processes, construction contracts, and commercial risk.

Proficiency with industry-standard cost management tools and software.
