You are:

As the Oracle Ecosystem Business Development Director, you are a growth-focused professional responsible for developing and executing the firm's strategic relationship with Oracle to accelerate market growth, joint sales, and client success.

  • You possess a strong understanding of business development and the sales lifecycle in close collaboration with ecosystem partners.
  • You have significant experience working within the Oracle ecosystem and understand Oracle's partner organisation, commercial models, partner programmes, sales motions, and technology strategy.
  • You continuously strengthen executive relationships across Oracle to position the firm as a strategic partner of choice.
  • You develop strong relationships with key Accenture stakeholders and Oracle teams.

The work:

  • Drive joint sales and commercial growth by identifying co-sell opportunities.
  • Lead Market Unit relevant joint sales campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
  • Understand and track ecosystem KPIs ensuring Accenture outperforms competitors.
  • Organise internal, partner and client-facing events centred on campaigns.
  • Identify emerging Oracle technologies and ecosystem opportunities.
  • Enable internal sales, marketing, and client teams through training and guidance.
  • Contribute to Alliance governance, including business planning and performance management.
  • Collaborate across various teams to ensure consistent execution of Alliance priorities.
  • Represent the firm at executive meetings and strategic forums.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of Business Development in the professional services space.
  • Channel and Ecosystem partner management experience.
  • Proven ability to operate within a broad network.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High-level understanding of Oracle’s enterprise solution portfolio.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience in conceptualizing and implementing transformation programmes.
  • Experience working within G2000 customers.
  • Ability to discuss latest technology hot-topics with VP+ clients.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle partner tooling and sales processes.
