Overview
As an Automotive Management Consultant, you will help leading automotive clients reinvent their businesses through AI-enabled data, digital transformation, and new mobility models. You’ll work within Accenture’s Automotive practice to tackle strategic challenges across the value chain, from EV/SDV transitions to retail network transformation and supply chain resilience. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver lasting impact and shape innovative solutions. This role offers exposure to a global network and a culture that values collaboration and continuous upskilling.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in automotive assignments to drive transformation programmes
- Apply structured problem-solving, analytics, and client communication to complex problems
- Leverage AI, data, and agentic tooling to create value across vehicle lifecycle and retail networks
- Contribute to the Reinvention Suite offerings (Engineering Reinvention, SDV, Resilient Supply Chain, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Technology, Operations and Industry X
- Support thought leadership and adoption of AI-enabled operating models
- Develop and deliver client-ready insights and recommendations
- Navigate stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly with senior leadership
Key requirements
- Demonstrable client-facing management consulting experience in a leading organisation
- Passion for automotive reinvention (EV, SDV, digital transformation, agentic AI, new mobility models)
- Direct experience in automotive sector or exposure through engagements or roles; NSCs, captive finance, or retail networks welcomed
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academics; MBA a plus but not essential
- Strong knowledge in one or more: Customer & Retailer Engagement, Commercial Strategy & Growth, Data & AI / Agentic Tooling, Supply Chain & Procurement, Manufacturing & Operations, Product Development & Engineering, Mobility Strategy, Sustainability & Decarbonisation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to clarify ambiguity
- Effective written and oral communication; fluent in English
