Operating at the intersection of technology delivery and client account management, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes on high-value Microsoft Power Platform, D365, and AI Copilot programmes while building and developing high-performing delivery teams.This is a senior individual contributor and people-leadership role within the MBG UK delivery capability, requiring deep technical fluency in Microsoft Power Platform combined with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management experience, and a track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients.As a D365 Architect you will:Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business and technology strategy.Lead architecture across D365 applications such as Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain, as relevant.Define integration, data migration, security and extensibility strategies.Leverage Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure and Microsoft integration services to deliver modern solutions.Provide technical leadership across implementation and transformation programmes.Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft and enterprise best practices.Lead and mentor technical teams and work closely with functional consultants.Engage with senior client stakeholders and support solution shaping, translate emerging capabilities into client value propositionsSkills that will make you successful in this role:Delivery & Programme ManagementExperience of technology delivery on Microsoft Power Platform or D365 programmesProven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programmes for enterprise clients in regulated industriesStrong command of both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and waterfall/hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience managing distributed delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore modelsFormal project/programme management certification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP PractitionerMicrosoft Power Platform ExpertiseExperience in enterprise applications/technology, with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise.Proven experience as a D365 Solution/Technical Architect.Strong knowledge of D365 architecture, integrations, security and data migration.Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure.Strong understanding of cloud-based
