Overview
In this role you help clients shape transformation through AI-enabled design and process reinvention. You apply AX Design principles to specify how AI agents interact within redesigned processes, balancing automation with human handoffs. You’ll produce trend analyses, benchmark against peers, and craft future-state process specs that embed AI integration and workforce adoption. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and practical playbooks that accelerate value at speed and scale.
Responsibilities
- Produce trend and forces assessments with benchmarking to locate reinvention opportunities
- Design future-state process specifications including AI integration points and human–machine interfaces
- Analyze processes and support delivery of digital/platform solutions across operations
- Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization/analysis tools
- Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools
- Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis
- Review and improve domain-specific reinvention designs and playbook content
- Contribute to the reference library and maintain domain expertise through continuous learning
- Apply AX Design to specify AI agent behavior, autonomy levels, and handoffs in redesigned steps
Key requirements
- Experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting
- Experience producing industry/function trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change-impact assessments
- Previous use of AI-assisted analytics/visualization/benchmarking tools (e.g., Platform Native AI capabilities)
- Experience integrating AI and automating business process design
- Project delivery experience in consulting or relevant industry domain (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Tech, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex findings in clear business terms
- Client-facing consulting or advisory experience
- Continuous learning mindset with emerging AI tools
- AI-assisted analytics, visualization, and benchmarking tools
- Building agents and AI-driven design for business processes
