Overview
In this role you will lead the design and delivery of scalable AI-enabled data architectures for top clients within Accenture’s AI & Data Practice. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape architecture strategy, and drive innovations in data platforms and AI capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of technology and business, enabling clients to scale AI and data-driven opportunities. You will collaborate with senior colleagues and contribute to building a vibrant architecture community.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of scalable data solutions using modern technologies
- Own growth and strategic initiatives within the practice and foster collaboration
- Identify gaps in clients' architectures and develop solutions
- Shape roadmaps for improving client AI and data architectures
- Provide architectural support across delivery lifecycles to ensure scalable, principled solutions
- Facilitate client workshops and align deliverables with client needs
- Drive thought leadership on AI/data patterns across client/internal forums
- Mentor junior architects and promote best practices
- Prototype new technologies and develop proofs of concept to validate ideas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Lead and coordinate across project streams to deliver high-quality data and AI solutions
Key requirements
- Proven experience establishing a business function or community of practice with growth
- Strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset
- Staying current with AI and Data trends and applying them to client opportunities
- Experience building AI-enabled data architecture
- Deep experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and relevant certifications
- Hands-on background in software development, data engineering, or data science
- Expertise in data modelling, governance, engineering and consumption
- Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Client-facing experience and track record in architecting complex data solutions
