Within Accenture, the Finance Reinvention Partner helps clients improve financial performance around the CFO agenda — driving best-in-class performance, and sharper insight and benchmarking across the enterprise. In the UK and Ireland, our Finance RP practice brings together finance strategy and the platforms it runs on, including SAP, Oracle, Workday and EPM.

You'd join our Platforms transformation offering within the practice: a growing team delivering Oracle Cloud finance transformations for finance functions, and building AI into how we deliver. It's a place to go deep on Oracle finance while staying close to the CFO agenda the work serves.

This is where an Oracle finance consultant builds the delivery credibility that gets you asked for by name. You'll work on large-scale, business-led Oracle Cloud ERP finance transformations — sitting with the client's finance team, turning what they need into a working Oracle design, and seeing it through to go-live. Record-to-Report is the heart of it: how the ledger, the close and the numbers hold together. You'll grow quickly, on real programmes, alongside people who architect this work for a living.

Your Oracle expertise includes hands-on delivery with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, centred on Record-to-Report. You configure and validate finance solutions that hold together for the client, and you understand how the pieces of an Oracle Cloud finance programme fit — general ledger and accounting, consolidation and close in FCCS, and enterprise data and chart-of-accounts structures in EDMCS. Familiarity with Oracle Subledger Accounting, and with keeping the core clean through Oracle's standard extensibility rather than custom modification, broadens where you can work.

Genuine Record-to-Report depth, with a feel for how the way you configure the system shows up for the CFO: a faster close, numbers people trust, stronger control. You understand enterprise structure and chart-of-accounts design and the finance master data underneath them, and how they shape reporting and control. Exposure to a second area — product costing, or finance controls by design — helps.

You own your scope and follow it through, and you support the workstream around you. You're comfortable running workshops and status discussions, managing client expectations and timelines, and holding realistic boundaries. You bring structured, analytical problem-solving and communicate clearly under pressure, and you build credible relationships with client stakeholders.

We're increasingly an AI-first delivery team — bringing agentic tooling and orchestration into how we design, analyse and validate, with our people owning the judgement and the outcome. An appreciation of Oracle's own embedded Fusion AI and agents, and how they augment a finance solution, is a real plus.

You take ownership and follow through. You work well in a team and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. You bring good judgement and critical thinking to ambiguous problems, and you're clear and considered in how you make and explain decisions. You're early in your trajectory and set on building the rest.

Things that set strong candidates apart: Oracle certification; a track record on complex Oracle Cloud ERP finance implementations, project preparation through to go-live; hands-on experience across the Oracle finance suite — consolidation (FCCS), enterprise data (EDMCS) or subledger accounting; an awareness of how controls, master data and clean-core design shape a finance solution; and a professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent industry experience).

Alongside a competitive salary and package (dependent on experience), you'll have an extensive benefits package including 30 days' holiday a year, private medical insurance, and 3 additional days' leave a year for charitable work of your choice. Accenture is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society.
