As a Consultant, Managed Services - Functional Distribution / EMEA you will:
- Ensure client requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to customer questions and assisting with issue resolution which may involve one or more of the following:
- Providing users with workarounds
- Troubleshooting or debugging with developers
- Proposing SQL fixes to database tables
- Identifying ESUs or liaising with Oracle for bug fixes
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a JDE application support or consulting capacity
- Experience in Warehouse Management would be advantageous
- Understanding of business concepts & strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new functionality and customer customizations
