As an Infrastructure Operations Delivery Lead, you will be:
- Responsible for the end to end delivery of infrastructure outsourcing services to an end client
- Engaged in day to day client stakeholder management to ensure services are delivered successfully and provide the intended value
- Managing the commercial and financial health of the delivery supported by our team of functional specialists
- Leading people across our global delivery network to support their personal growth
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Senior client and customer stakeholder management
- Leadership and management of geographically distributed IT operations teams
- IT service management acumen such as ITIL with experience of IT service desk and frontline operations
- Experience of IT operations across a range of data centre/public cloud and end user compute technologies
- Commercial and financial acumen with regard to the management of contracts with end clients and third-party providers
