Responsibilities: In our team you will work hand‑in‑hand with our clients to build great digital products for them and for their customers. You will need to deploy mastery to get things done hands‑on and successfully lead others in doing so. The nature of our work varies from client to client, offering opportunities to experience new domains and new stacks. This role often involves leading client accounts holistically – people, delivery, quality, and commercials. You’ll also keep the big picture in mind and help our clients best use a consultancy partnership to reach their goals sooner. Beyond client work, you will be an essential contributor to our internal and regional engineering communities, shaping conversations, sharing knowledge and learning from diverse problem spaces.
Qualifications: Your core technology experience includes React or Java. You have hands‑on cloud experience, designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure. You enjoy collaborating in an open, egoless way and are adaptable, comfortable with change, and motivated to keep learning to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Desired Skills: Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thought and translate into technical solutions. Proven ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues. Experience with building datastore solutions on at least one No‑SQL (Elasticsearch).
