As a Customer Generative BI & Insight Manager you will:
- Have strong knowledge of semantic layer design and optimization (e.g., LookML, dbt, or similar frameworks).
- Possess hands‑on experience integrating and fine‑tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational analytics.
- Have exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and understanding of data governance and ethical AI practices.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing analytics & digital analytics.
- Have knowledge of customer service metrics such as CSAT, churn prediction, and operational KPIs.
- Bring prior experience with conversational analytics or BI.
- Have knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
- Be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI‑powered solutions.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive adoption of innovative technologies.
- Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to evangelise the proposition internally and externally.
- Be a strategic thinker with a focus on delivering measurable impact and aligning solutions with enterprise goals.
- Have a clear understanding of existing technologies and proposition in the space.
- Possess a strong understanding of data integration processes, APIs, and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver and optimise Generating BI & Insight solutions for large scale clients.
- Monitor performance of solution and continuously improve solutions.
- Interpret complex user requirements and translate them into technical design.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, BI, and conversational analytics.
- Evangelise solutions internally and externally through demos and thought leadership.
- Educate peers, team members and leaders in the business in the space.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to align Generative BI & Insight capabilities with business goals on the client’s behalf.
- Act as the primary owner of Generative BI & Insight for the AI & Data Practice.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to AI and Management.
- Be comfortable operating in matrixed organisations and being part of cross functional teams.
