Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the entire implementation process of the solution for one or more functional areas.
  • Lead working sessions with clients and define their future target processes with them.
  • Be proactive, propose, and defend recommendations.
  • Help the client achieve their transformation by leveraging Workday's best practices enhanced by Accenture’s expertise.
  • Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do.
  • Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Learning functionalities.
  • If you have a technical background, you will be responsible for the entire interfacing process of the solution, from defining the target architecture with clients to its implementation.

Your profile:

  • Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and Learning agendas.
  • Up to date Workday, HCM / Learning certifications.
  • 3-4 years professional Workday experience.
  • As a plus, you have initial management experience.
  • Your customer service orientation, initiative, and strong ability to work in a team will be assets for success in this role.
  • You are geographically mobile.

Additional qualifications:

The following qualifications are considered an advantage during the application process:

  • Fluency in English and/or another language.
  • Additional Workday certifications such as Adaptive Planning, Prism, Accounting Centre, etc.
