In our team you will learn:

  • Architecture Design & Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive identity and access governance (IAG) strategies. Develop and maintain the architecture for identity management, access control, authentication, and authorization solutions. Ensure the alignment of IAG solutions with business objectives, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Solution Development: Lead the development and deployment of IAG solutions, including role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and privilege management. Design workflows for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, approvals, and certifications. Collaborate with software development teams to integrate IAG solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that IAG solutions comply with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX. Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management and recommend mitigation strategies. Implement and maintain audit trails and reporting mechanisms to track access and identity-related activities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with security, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth implementation. Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams involved in the implementation and maintenance of IAG solutions. Communicate complex IAG concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

The following skills and experience are essential for this role:

  • Essential Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) is a plus. 7+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) or security architecture. Proven experience in designing and implementing IAG solutions in large-scale environments.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) tools like SailPoint, Okta, Oracle Identity Governance, or similar. Strong understanding of access control models, identity federation, SSO, and MFA technologies. Proficiency in security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
  • Set yourself apart: Deep understanding of IGA principles and best practices. Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), security frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
