b Overview /b p In this role, you support engineering and R D challenges within client organisations, applying experience to product development and digital transformation initiatives. You’ll engage stakeholders to justify change, lead or contribute to transformation programs, and shape practical solutions across industries. You will drive innovation through new assets, methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration, helping Accenture stand out as a market leader in engineering digitisation and PLM. The role combines strategy, technology, data and people to deliver measurable client value, with onsite delivery and travel expected. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li up to 30 days vacation per year /li li private medical insurance /li li 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work /li li flexibility and mobility to visit client sites /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Apply experience to develop solutions for product development challenges across industries /li li Engage client stakeholders to build a case for change and secure buy-in /li li Lead or play a key role in digital transformation programs spanning people, process, data and technology /li li Innovate approaches, assets, and methodologies to differentiate Accenture and expand the team’s knowledge /li li Support Industry X growth through skills enablement and asset development /li li Drive opportunities and new ways of working to differentiate Accenture in Engineering Digitisation, PLM, and digital backbones /li li Take on leadership roles in client transformation programmes centered on people, process, data and technology /li li Understand client imperatives and deliver enabling solutions balancing current constraints with new technologies /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in product development functions (Engineering, R D, Product Design, Product Innovation) across industries /li li Understanding of engineering/R D business capabilities and application solutions (e.g., Requirements Traceability, ALM, MBSE; PLM across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations) /li li CAD/CAM/CAE/3D modelling and visualization; virtual prototyping and simulation /li li Formulation management, materials compliance, packaging and/or labels /li li Leadership in client workshops to elicit problems and develop solutions /li li Strong stakeholder management up to senior director level /li li Ability to create business cases for digital transformation and communicate effectively in writing /li li Experience delivering business and/or digital transformation programmes /li /ul ul li relationship building /li li stakeholder management /li li facilitation of workshops /li li PLM /li li MBSE /li li CAD/CAM/CAE /li /ul
