- Challenge our clients to think differently in how they can ensure they power their people today and ready them for tomorrow.
- Support organisations to develop their Talent Strategy; understanding the skills they have, the skills they need and how best to address their skill gaps.
- Deliver Talent, learning and reskilling projects to build the right capability for our clients.
- Support clients to rethink ways of working and the behaviours needed to equip their teams to deliver results quickly.
- Help clients to build a Skills Architecture, to define, map, and manage its workforce's skill landscape.
- Be versed on Technology that underpins Talent engagements (LXP, LMS, etc.).
- Support the growth of the Talent & Skilling consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence.
Experience delivering talent, learning, skills or workforce transformation for Health and/or Public Sector clients (e.g., NHS, DHSC/ALBs, local government, blue-light).
Familiarity with public sector governance and assurance expectations, including auditability and delivery in regulated environments.
Awareness of UK information governance and data protection requirements when working with sensitive personal data.
Existing UK government security clearance (e.g., BPSS or SC), or prior experience working in clearance-required environments.
