Overview
In this role, you lead the supply-chain finance and product-costing workstream on large SAP S/4HANA transformations, acting as the finance design authority to translate manufacturing activity into cost transparency and margin insight. You partner with cross-functional teams, manage delivery end-to-end, and shape scalable finance solutions while growing the practice. The opportunity centers on driving cost accuracy, profitability analysis, and AI-enabled delivery within a CFO-focused agenda.

Responsibilities
- Lead the supply chain finance workstream end to end (fit-to-standard, design, testing, deployment)
- Serve as the finance design authority for product costing, inventory valuation, and margin insight
- Facilitate design workshops with finance, supply-chain and operations stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional dependencies with adjacent finance and supply-chain areas
- Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery and lead functional teams
- Support proposals, bids, and development of reusable assets and viewpoints
Key requirements
- 7+ years' track record delivering product costing and supply-chain finance transformation on large SAP S/4HANA programmes
- Ability to facilitate senior client discussions and lead complex design decisions
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Collaborative leadership
- Relationship building with senior stakeholders
- Judgement and decision-making under pressure
- Deep SAP S/4HANA product costing (standard, actual, variance)
- Inventory valuation and material ledger concepts
- COPA / profitability analysis
