Overview
As a leading member of the Finance Reinvention Partner practice, you own the Order-to-Cash workstream on large SAP S/4HANA finance transformations, guiding design and delivery end-to-end. You act as the finance design authority for O2C, shaping processes from billing to revenue recognition and working capital impact. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure revenue, cash flow, and close controls align with IFRS 15. The role combines hands-on design leadership with delivery governance, and offers scope to influence knowledge assets and bid strategies. You will operate at the intersection of finance strategy, SAP delivery, and AI-enabled delivery approaches

Responsibilities
- Lead the O2C workstream end-to-end, including fit-to-standard, design, testing and deployment
- Act as primary finance design authority for O2C, managing dependencies with adjacent finance processes
- Collaborate with SAP delivery and integration teams and lead functional squads across onshore and offshore delivery
- Facilitate design forums with senior finance, sales and operations stakeholders
- Provide status updates, issue management, and decision recommendations to programme leadership
- Contribute to proposals and bids, shaping O2C and revenue-recognition transformation approaches
- Develop reusable assets and points of view to support the practice's growth
- Support the integration of AI-enabled delivery and tooling into the design and delivery process
Key requirements
- 7+ years delivering O2C transformation on large SAP S/4HANA finance programmes
- Expertise in credit-to-cash, including billing, FI-AR, credit management, collections and cash application
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and event-based revenue recognition alignment with O2C design
- Understanding of how pricing, discounts and deductions affect revenue, margin and cash
- Proven ability to lead senior client discussions and coordinate cross-functional perspectives
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
