Overview
In this role you drive large-scale, business-led S/4HANA finance transformations by partnering with client finance teams to translate requirements into solid functional designs and go-live delivery. You will work within Finance Reinvention Partner to shape how finance platforms enable performance, insight, and control. Expect hands-on SAP FI/CO delivery with a focus on practical artefacts and risk-aware configuration. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, AI-enabled delivery environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable CFO outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance across core FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting; CO-PA, Cost Centre, Profit Centre; Allocations, Product Costing)
- Produce functional artefacts: Business Process Solution Documents, configuration rationale, RICEFW specs
- Support configuration, validation and testing; flag risks early
- Run workshops and status discussions; manage client expectations and timelines
- Own your scope and collaborate with the wider workstream
- Leverage AI-first delivery approaches and agentic tooling in design, analysis and validation
- Knowledge of Project Systems, Group Reporting or Central Finance is a plus
Key requirements
- Hands-on S/4HANA Finance delivery experience across FI/CO modules
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional designs
- Experience producing functional artefacts and RICEFW specifications
- Comfortable with workshops, client communication, and risk/issue management
- Knowledge of Project Systems, Group Reporting or Central Finance welcomed
- Professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent, SAP certification preferred
- Awareness of controls, intercompany, or tax considerations in finance design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-enabled delivery environment
