You'll be expected to responsibly adopt AI‐assisted engineering practices—such as GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, and similar tools—for code generation, testing, documentation, and analysis, while understanding model limitations, protecting client data, and improving delivery quality and speed through pragmatic automation.
You'll help teams implement pragmatic observability—logging, metrics, and distributed tracing—with actionable alerting, and you'll contribute to (or lead) incident response and post-incident reviews that drive learning and measurable improvements.
Strong experience with the AWS cloud platform and core services. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (build, deployment, and operational support in production). Proven use of Infrastructure as Code, ideally with AWS CDK. Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) within Agile/DevOps teams. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices.
