- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud‑native architectures.
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code within AWS (e.g. Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi).
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Strong engineering standards across accessibility, security, performance, and caching.
- Proven team leadership experience, including day‑to‑day management and career development of engineers.
