About the team: HR Transformation Consulting Services is a cross-industry capability, which is focused on developing and delivering market leading, innovative HR solutions to our clients. This practice is part of our UKI Talent and Organisation/Human Potential practice which leads on combining our HR Transformation and HR Technology consulting with programme leadership capabilities, change management, and leadership expertise, helping our clients to shape and deliver world-class colleague experience, HR services underpinned by digital enablement to unlock their human potential.
In our team you will:
- Lead HR Strategy & Consulting projects for our clients, and help shape their People strategy, lead the HR function optimisation and drive the HR led enterprise transformation.
- Leverage our HR Strategy & Consulting offerings to lead client proposals and conversations.
- Lead the organisation’s journey towards strategic goals and support them to build people capability and capacity in the organisation through HR function capability and maturity assessments, defining of the strategic vision, HR operating model & organisation design, and implementation.
- Lead strategic decision making through collection and analysis and deliver data driven insights, recommendations, and innovation to solve our client’s challenges such as HR Benchmarks and POVs.
- Lead the identification of need for change in the organisation that is linked to strategy and work with senior client leaders to agree on approach and implementation plan.
- Lead strategic initiatives portfolio assessments, business and value case development, prioritisation, and execution of benefit realisation across all HR Transformation including technology.
- Challenge our clients to think differently in how HR can support the workforce of the future and agile enterprise.
- Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather requirements, present and validate solutions options and test interpretation of client needs in an interactive manner using design thinking methodologies as appropriate.
- Act as an innovative solution architect for HR Transformation programmes across planning, scoping, resourcing, and commercials for the solutions in the space of People strategy, operating model, business case development and implementation.
- Guide the team on delivery through excellent project management disciplines and agile methods, including development of detailed project plans, key quality deliverables and working and delivering to time constraints.
- Develop innovative HR thought leadership and assets to help re-define the role of HR for our clients.
- Establish good working relationships and collaboration across Accenture, both multi-discipline Strategy & consulting capabilities and business lines such as Technology and Operations.
- Become a strategic advisor and establish trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- A strategic thinker with an ability to balance between long-term strategic outcomes and day to day delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to sell and deliver large programmes of work.
- Excellent understanding of latest HR trends, strategy, and operational value levers, how the role of HR is changing, and the digital enablers required to add value to an organisation.
- Track record of delivering strategic projects including but not limited to complex operating model and organisation design & HR technology transformation, both globally across multiple geographies and variety of models.
- A sound understanding of end-to-end People function capabilities from Talent Acquisition to Talent Management and Service Operations.
- Experience of working in an HR environment consisting of business partnering/relationship management with business leaders supported by an ecosystem of operations, technology and vendors.
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following: HR Transformation and/or strategic programme management roles for operating model changes, restructures or ZBB/ZBO programmes.
- Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.
- Demonstrable experience in leading large, disparate teams across multiple geographies, with an ability to coach and support each colleague’s personal and professional development.
- Demonstrating solid insights and good judgement when solving business problems with strategic outcomes.
- Ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others.
- Demonstrating focus on continuous development through continuous learning and innovative problem solving.
- Ability to confidently articulate human resources issues to clients and internal stakeholders alike.
