What you\'ll need
You\'ll need to have obtained (or be on track to obtain) a bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university by your start date. We accept applications for this programme from all degree disciplines.

Accenture values collaboration, bringing people together at least three times a week at client sites or one of our UK offices. You will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance to make this possible. Project work may also take you to client sites across the UK, sometimes more than three days a week, depending on business needs.
Your development path
Throughout your graduate programme and beyond, you\'ll be supported with training, career coaching and guidance to help you progress in your career. In your first 12 months, you\'ll work on a variety of client projects to explore the full breadth of what we do, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie.
After that, you\'ll align to a specialisation; these can either be within an industry e.g. Financial services, Resources etc., or within a function e.g. change management, tech strategy, innovation.

- Megan joined the programme in 2025 and currently serves as a Delivery Lead, contributing to Migration Readiness across Savings and Mortgages as part of an integration for a major global financial services client. She also co-leads the Women in Financial Services (WIFS) Network, driving client and industry collaboration, strengthening internal community engagement, and aligning strategically with Accenture\'s reinvention ambition.
- Sachin joined the programme in 2022 and is now a Consultant within Accenture\'s UKIA Energy Practice. Key Dates
We don\'t post application deadlines as we will close the application window once we receive enough applications, so apply promptly to avoid disappointment.
