Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess complex problems within the area of responsibility.
  • Engage with Senior Management on matters requiring strategic decisions.
  • Manage a large to medium-sized team or work as an individual contributor at a client or within Accenture.
  • Ensure delivery of an optimal end-to-end supply plan for the assigned DRBU Category, considering cash, cost, and service levers.
  • Request, run, and approve scenarios for the DRBU Category within defined levels.
  • Review dashboards to identify exceptions, drive actions, and seek approvals to mitigate issues.
  • Create and approve inventory stockholding policies and other relevant policies within defined levels.
  • Develop and approve segmentation strategies and parameter automation policies within defined levels.
  • Define relevant planning horizons, including frozen, scheduling, and planning periods.
  • Make day-to-day planning decisions for the assigned DRBU Category.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management to deliver sustainable change and align with the end-game operations vision.
  • Ensure all planning master data is complete and accurate across systems.
  • Own activities related to distribution and inventory planning depending on the category size and complexity.

What are we looking for:

  • Extensive experience in planning, logistics, NPI, FMCG, or consumer electronics supply chains.
  • Experience leading large, diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Kinaxis.
  • Strong knowledge of IWS, CI tools, and agile methodologies.
  • Holistic supply chain knowledge, including process, metrics, and certification such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Expertise in FMEZ, Fishbone, SIPOC, Kaizen, and Lean Methodology.
  • Familiarity with E2E Synchronised Supply Chain processes.

Note: This role may require working in rotational shifts.
