Overview
The DS team interact with senior leadership on deal structuring activities, applying commercial and financial skills to create compelling cases and financial value propositions for Accenture and their clients. The DS team are responsible for establishing financial estimates for sales opportunities, ensuring that deals are priced and costed appropriately and aligned with US GAAP principles, pricing models and performing market and competitive assessments to support Accenture\βs business decisions.

Main Responsibilities
- Handling sensitive analysis of project viability, operational performance levels and pricing whilst being fully integrated with sales, solutions architects and commercial/legal teams.
- Working together with business development team during discussion ensuring on-going analysis of the deal structure and the financial and operational risk to ensure the interdependent Client and Accenture Business Case yield mutually beneficial results from the commercial arrangement between the parties.
- Sharing insight into managing cash, capital and profitability as well as US GAAP compliance and controls risk.
- Understanding the strategic goals and direction of the business and being able to apply these in deal activity to drive growth and respond to evolving market needs.
Qualifications
- Degree educated and Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
- An enquiring mind and enthusiasm to develop and continue to learn and adapt to a changing market.
- Awareness of financial/business case modelling.
- Clear communication skills that are adaptable to the needs of the target audience.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to connect with and co-operate within diverse, multi-discipline, international teams.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, team environment and to nurture the development of others.
- Resilience to carry difficult situations through to a successful conclusion.
- Embrace a proactive mindset towards tackling challenges and building connections.
