As a Data Strategy Manager, you will lead teams and clients in shaping and delivering customer centric data strategies that transform marketing, sales, and service performance. You will define strategic direction, architect scalable solutions, and oversee the implementation of modern Customer & Marketing data platforms across complex organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise Data Strategies across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
  • Lead data product strategy, roadmaps, and value realisation.
  • Own the definition and prioritisation of customer data products, use‑case roadmaps, and value realisation.
  • Define the key integration patterns between Customer and Marketing data platforms including CDPs, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS, and Marketing Automation.
  • Manage multi‑disciplinary teams of consultants, architects, analysts, and client stakeholders.
  • Oversee delivery quality, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
  • Partner with technical architects to define scalable, cloud‑native data architectures supporting customer 360, audience management, and advanced analytics.
  • Act as a senior advisor to Director- and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Ensure strategies are measurable, defining KPIs and value‑tracking frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops, executive steering sessions, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Manage risk, resolve delivery challenges, and drive high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Customer Data Strategy, Martech, CRM or Data Transformation roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with CDP, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Martech and Adtech ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, decisioning, and predictive analytics.
  • Solid understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and data engineering concepts.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in marketing, media or creative organisations, consultancies, or within marketing or sales departments.
