As a DAM / MRM Architect Manager, you will:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solutions for enterprise clients.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and IT teams to develop scalable architectures that streamline content operations, improve workflow efficiencies, and enable seamless omnichannel content delivery.
Responsibilities Include:
- Strategy & Solution Design: Define enterprise DAM/MRM strategies to enable content governance, versioning, metadata management, and workflow automation. Assess existing content ecosystems and recommend best-fit platforms based on business needs. Architect scalable and future-proof solutions that integrate DAM/MRM with CMS, PIM, CRM, and CDP platforms.
- Technology & Platform Expertise: Lead the implementation and integration of top-tier DAM/MRM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets), Aprimo, Bynder, Sitecore Content Hub, or OpenText Media Manager. Ensure DAM/MRM systems support AI-driven content tagging, metadata enrichment, and automation. Optimise system performance, taxonomy, metadata structures, and governance models for seamless content operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Delivery: Work with IT, marketing, creative, and business teams to align DAM/MRM capabilities with enterprise-wide content strategies. Partner with developers and solution architects to build robust API-driven integrations with surrounding Martech and eCommerce ecosystems. Oversee data migration, system upgrades, and workflow automation efforts.
- Governance & Best Practices: Establish content lifecycle management policies, including rights management, version control, and compliance standards. Define and implement taxonomy, metadata, and tagging structures that enhance searchability and asset discoverability. Ensure GDPR, CCPA, and digital rights compliance across all managed content.
- Leadership & Thought Leadership: Lead DAM/MRM solution teams and mentor junior architects and developers. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate DAM/MRM transformation initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends, AI-driven automation, and headless content architecture advancements.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing DAM/MRM solutions for large enterprises.
- Expertise in platforms such as Adobe AEM Assets, Aprimo, Bynder, Sitecore Content Hub, Widen, or OpenText Media Manager.
- Strong understanding of content operations, metadata structures, workflow automation, and asset governance.
- Experience integrating DAM/MRM with CMS (e.g., AEM, Sitecore), PIM, CDP, eCommerce, and personalisation engines.
- Strong technical skills in API integration, cloud-based DAM (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Certifications in Adobe AEM Assets, Sitecore Content Hub, or Aprimo.
- Experience with AI-driven content tagging and automation.
- Hands-on expertise with GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices in content architectures.
