Support complex, large-scale technology transformation programmes that implement impactful learning and skill experiences. Help clients rethink ways of working and behaviours needed to deliver results quickly. Build a Skills Architecture, mapping and managing the workforce's skill landscape, linking it to roles, career paths and business objectives. Advise clients on appropriate technology tools (LXP, LMS, etc.) that underpin talent engagements. Drive the growth of the Talent & Skilling consulting practice through innovation, capability development, thought leadership and market eminence. Create market-relevant Talent & Skilling viewpoints, blogs and offerings to establish Accenture's expertise. Qualifications Desirable experience Delivering talent, learning, skills or workforce transformation for Health and/or Public Sector clients, preferably in clearance-required environments. Familiarity with public sector governance and assurance expectations, including delivery in regulated
environments. Existing UK government security clearance (e.g., BPSS or SC).
